1. Introduction
These Terms govern farserene.com and the FarSerene service. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it. Mandatory consumer rights where you live are not excluded.
2. About FarSerene
FarSerene is an AI-assisted planning and comparison tool. We generate itinerary suggestions and cost estimates from your request and available travel data. Unless expressly stated for a particular offering, FarSerene is not a travel agent, tour operator, airline, hotel, insurer, booking provider, or merchant of record and does not complete travel bookings.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter these Terms. If you use FarSerene for another person, you are responsible for having authority to provide their trip preferences and making them aware of relevant information.
4. Accounts and authentication
Some features use passwordless email sign-in. Provide an address you control, keep sign-in links confidential, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for account activity except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable care. We may impose reasonable usage limits and change available tiers with notice.
5. Using the service
Use FarSerene for personal travel planning and other lawful supported purposes. It is not emergency, immigration, medical, legal, financial, insurance, or safety advice. You remain responsible for travel decisions, documents, bookings, and compliance with applicable rules.
6. AI-generated content
Artificial intelligence interprets requests and drafts itinerary content. Output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong and may not account for every accessibility need, local condition, restriction, or personal circumstance. Review it and independently verify important information before booking or travel.
7. Travel information, prices, and availability
Prices and budgets are planning estimates unless identified as a current provider quote. Exchange rates, taxes, fees, schedules, routes, availability, opening hours, entry rules, health requirements, and safety conditions can change. Confirm them with the provider or official source. A displayed option is not a reservation, offer, or guarantee.
8. Third-party services and bookings
FarSerene may link to independent travel providers. When you leave FarSerene, their terms and privacy notice apply. Your booking contract is with the provider; it controls price, availability, payment, fulfilment, changes, cancellations, and refunds. FarSerene is not the merchant of record unless expressly stated at purchase.
9. Affiliate relationships
Some outbound links may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission from a qualifying click or purchase; this does not necessarily change your price. Commercial relationships may affect which links are available, but we do not guarantee the cheapest or best option. Affiliate links or placements are identified where they appear.
10. Your content
You retain your rights in trip descriptions and other submissions. You give FarSerene a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, and transform them only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service under our Privacy Notice. You must have the right to submit them and should not include unnecessary sensitive information.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law; harm or exploit others; infringe rights; introduce malicious code; probe or bypass security; evade limits; scrape or automate access without permission; overload the service; misrepresent affiliation; or resell the service or its data without agreement.
12. FarSerene materials
FarSerene is the name used for this service. To the extent permitted by law, FarSerene and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, branding, and original site content. You may use these materials only as part of using the service as intended. Third-party names, data, images, and marks remain subject to their respective owners' rights.
13. Availability, changes, and termination
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features and restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, law, misuse, or service integrity. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practical. You may stop using the service and delete a signed-in account through the available control.
14. Disclaimers
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Subject to rights that cannot be excluded, it is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise every itinerary is accurate, suitable, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that a third-party offer remains available. Mandatory consumer warranties and remedies remain unaffected.
15. Limitation of liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the extent permitted, FarSerene is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses or a third party's acts, services, pricing, cancellations, or refunds.
16. Governing law and disputes
Any applicable governing law, venue, and dispute process will be applied subject to mandatory consumer protections and forum rights where you live.
17. Changes and contact
